On Monday June 22nd 2009 the Mattison family, Ashley Spencer, and Raider Express lost a family member. Andrew Neil Mattison passed away suddenly on Monday June 22nd 2009 while playing Softball. Andy was a great loving father, the best friend anyone could ever ask for, and his loss will be felt by everyone that he has ever touched with his life forever. Andy has two sons Cade and Dane and it is our mission to help these boys have every chance possible to succeed in life, and our mission to help Andy’s legacy live on in the Decatur community. We have created the Andy Mattison Foundation for two purposes. One, to help the two boys make sure that they get every chance to have the opportunity of a continued education if they choose to. Second is to give back to the Decatur community through the ‘Andy Mattison Scholarship’ that will go to one deserving Decatur High School student every year. Your donation will go directly to the ‘Andy Mattison Scholarship’ which exists within the Decatur ISD, or to the college funds that have been setup for his two boys at local Decatur area financial institutions.

We are having our 2nd Annual Andy Mattison “Big Strong” Memorial Softball Tournament on April 17th, 2010, at North Fields in North Richland Hills, TX. This year we have also added a Golf tournament on Sunday April 18th, 2010 at Fossil Creek Golf Course in Ft. Worth, TX.

We are asking for sponsors of all kinds. You can sponsor just the Softball Tournament or just the Golf Tournament or both. If you would like to be the sole sponsor of one of the events that is available our pricing information is below. Hole sponsorships are available as well. Food donations of all kinds are more than welcome, as we will be cooking and selling everything on Saturday during the softball tournament. There will be extensive media coverage of this event and over 1000 people will participate and/or be involved with this event. If you are just looking to donate to the one of the two raffles or just make a monetary donation that is fine as well. All donations / sponsors are more than welcome and GREATLY appreciated.

All the proceeds will go to the two funds that are in Andy’s name. One is a trust fund that is set up for his two sons and the other is a scholarship fund setup with Decatur High School (*). You can specify which fund that you would like the funds to go to if you would like.

• Hole Sponsorship is available. We put your logo, web site, anything that you want on the sign that we provide. The price for tee box sponsorship is $250. If you want to sponsor the entire hole, that is tee box and flag stick it’s $450.
• Beverage Cart sponsorship is available for $1500.
• We are also accepting donations for the gift bags that we are giving to all the golfers. If your company would like to donate sleeves of golf balls, tees, divot tools, etc. those donations are more than welcome
• If you would like to be a partner sponsor and get your name on the golf shirts that we are selling and giving away please let me know. You will get your name/ logo/ website on the sleeve of the shirts that price $1000. Also, included in this is 5 signs and placement of a banner.
• All of these golf sponsors will get your name on the back of the T-Shirts.

• A single sponsor is $250. With that we will hang your sign/banner at the fields for everyone to see all day. You may also bring promotional item of your choice to be distributed.
• A double sponsor is $500. With that we will hang a banner/sign on every field in the outfield for everyone to see all day. You may also bring promotional item of your choice to be distributed.
• A HOME RUN sponsor is $1000. With that you get the entire softball tournament named after your company. So it will be the 2nd Annual "Your Company’s name here" Andy Mattison ‘Big Strong’ Memorial Softball Tournament. We will also hang a banner/sign on every field in the outfield for everyone to see all day. You may also bring promotional item of your choice to be distributed.
• Also anyone that sponsors the softball tournament will get their names on the shirts. The bigger the donation the bigger the name will be on the shirt.
